This rock tumbling kit contains enough grit to polish approximately 10-14lbs of rocks. There are 4 stages that are intended to be used in this order:
Stage 1 – 60/90 grit (1 lb)
Stage 2 – 120/220 grit (1 lb)
Stage 3 – 500 grit (1 lb)
Stage 4 – Aluminum Oxide Polish (0.4 lb)
**Please note that grit may be shipped in 1 pound bags instead of plastic containers to save on your shipping costs. If there is a difference in shipping costs, you will be refunded accordingly.**

These 6″ rubber discs are typically mounted to the end of a cabbing machine or arbor. They have a righthand thread (1/4″-20). Use an adhesive-backed polishing pad, or glue your own leather/felt pad to use for polishing.
