Trancas Geodes (Mexico)
Trancas Geodes are from Mexico. They are often filled with quartz and/or agate. They may be solid throughout, hollow, or partially hollow.
They will be randomly selected so you may receive a solid or hollow one. It is recommended that these geodes be cut and they are hard to open with a hammer. For an easier geode, the Break Open Geodes are recommended.
The average size is approximately 2 inches wide, and they may weight up to 125g.

Large Break Open Geodes
These large geodes make an awesome gift! You can either break them will a hammer or cut then to find the beautiful white and clear crystals within.
Safety precautions should be taken when opening them. If using a hammer to break them open, be sure to wear gloves and eye protection.
They may break into several small pieces with a hammer. Consider using a chisel to help if you are trying to break it open into 2 halves.
